Lindsay & James {The Homestead 1835}

She first saw James at the local pharmacy in her hometown. She was picking up a prescription and he was the pharmacist that day. Needless to say, he left an impression on Lindsay because she noticed his name and looked him up on Facebook that night! Just a few days later, she worked up the nerve to send him a message and you could say, the rest is history!

Fast forward to 2015, when we first met Lindsay. It was her best friend Jessie’s wedding day and Lindsay was the maid of honor. You could tell the love these two friends shared! It was a honor to share in both of these lady’s special days, marrying the loves of their lives!

James and Lindsay married at Notre Dame Catholic Church in Michigan City. It’s the church where James grew up in, and where he attended grade school. Lindsay currently is a second grade teacher there. Their reception was held at one of the most beautiful venues we’ve ever had the privilege of photographing, The Homestead 1835. It’s located in Lindsay’s hometown of New Carlisle and is also the town where these two lovely souls met for the first time.

This day was filled with many laughs. Tears. And a whole lot of heat! But the moments were absolutely perfect.
