I first spoke with sweet Megan back in March of 2019, after she contacted us about doing her senior pictures. At the time, she was is in her senior year at Notre Dame! We chatted multiple times via email about her session, which meant so much to her.
I wish there were adequate words to describe how incredible this young lady is, but the truth is, there are no words to describe this truly, one-of-a-kind young woman. She doesn't focus much on the rare disease that she has had since birth, and she certainly doesn't let it hold her back from the goals she is setting for herself, and her future.
Her story is inspiring, but more so, the way she lives her life is a true inspiration. And I couldn't have been more honored to meet her, her wonderful nurses, her amazing friends, and venture around one of the places she loves most, Notre Dame.
In her own words ... "...what I can do outweighs what I cannot do, and that is live life to the fullest!" She truly is the most inspiring person I've ever had the privilege to meet. Thank you Megan for inspiring us all to be great, no matter what obstacles stand in our way.
