We are so excited to share Sarah & Richard’s dreamy intimate wedding at The Armory in South Bend Indiana!

Sarah & Richard’s love story all began when they met on match.com, how is that for a modern day romance?! They soon set up their first date together at Fiddler’s Hearth. Sarah & Richard later figured out that they had unknowingly caught a glimpse of each other on the morning of their first date, while they were both out picking up coffee at Purple Porch!

We asked Sarah & Richard to describe the aspect of their wedding day that they both deemed to be the ‘most important’ and they confided in us that they couldn’t wait to walk around their reception together to visit with each of their guests individually. They were both so overwhelmed at the outpouring of love and support from their family and friends; so returning that love on their wedding day at The Armory in South Bend Indiana made it to the top of their priority list!

We also got the full details of their proposal story, which all began with just a tad bit of craftiness on Richard’s part. He led Sarah to believe that he had ‘forgotten something at his office’ and that he needed to ‘swing by to pick it up’ while offering to bring back a donut for Sarah. When he returned, Sarah met him at the front door with a cup of coffee, fully clad in her PJ’s. Richard asked to come inside and when he handed her the donut box, she opened it up to find an engagement ring. Isn’t that the sweetest surprise?
